Our Complex Health Family Hangout group is a safe place to share your challenges and connect with other caregivers. \n** PLEASE NOTE: This meeting is reserved for families with a member with a disability and self advocates only ** \n  \nCLICK TO REGISTER\n  \nAccessibility Requests should be submitted to this form\n \nFSI is committed to making our events as accessible as possible to everyone who wants to attend. If you have accessibility needs\, please let us know when you register\, or send us an email to discuss your specific needs.” \nSign language (ASL) interpretation can be available with 3 week’s notice.
