SUMMARY:FASD Themed Series: Towards Healthy Outcomes with Jacqueline Pei
DESCRIPTION:SESSION INFO: « Back to all events\nPlease join us on January the 10th to hear Jacqueline Pei discuss Towards Healthy Outcomes (THO)\, a framework for intervention with individuals with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD). \nJacqueline will review the assumptions central to this model\, and the rationale for adopting a ‘healthy development’ lens as we support individuals with FASD. From this perspective\, challenges present for individual will be examined across developmental domains with consideration for potential opportunities to support healthy outcomes for people with FASD. Research and practical considerations will be incorporated in this discussion.
