Nadia Boukhouali has been a Manager of Community Relations and Service Quality for the Ministry of Social Development & Poverty Reduction for the last 3 years in Victoria and has held a variety of positions within the Ministry for the last 10 years. Nadia works with community agencies and stakeholder groups as well as advocates across the province to identify client specific issues that are identified and finding solutions to best assist clients. A part of this role is to also work with advocates to alleviate barriers ministry clients face and find solutions to systemic issues identified. Nadia’s specific portfolio include Health Assistance and Contact center issues as well as responding to any issues identified for Vancouver Island.

For the past three years, Ann Evans Locker has worked in the role of Senior Manager, Stakeholder Relations for the Service Delivery Division in the Ministry of Social Development and Poverty Reduction (SDPR) of BC. Ann has worked at SDPR since 2014 and has worked in the Provincial Government since 2007. Ann works with various stakeholders and is responsible for leading the development of the division’s Stakeholder Engagement Strategy and implementing related engagement activities.
