What matters to me, what matters to you, what matters to us as a collective community? How do we reconcile our purpose and identity at a time when so much can appear divided? A deeper look into self-care is required. Inherent in this discussion is a call towards self-awareness, mindfulness, attunement to others and the value of respectful collaboration. It will begin and end reinforcing the most basic foundations of self-compassion – gentle reminders that we are all doing the best we can.
