DESCRIPTION:SESSION INFO: « Back to all events \nDo you have a youth who lives with extra support needs and will be transitioning out of high school soon? \nPlease join the Family Support Institute and special guest speakers Julie Thiele and Darlene Issac Navigators from STADD (Services to Adults with Development Disabilities) on our upcoming zoom presentation. \nSTADD Navigators coordinate with government and community-based agencies so that young people have the support of collaborative teams during their transition to adulthood. Navigators can assist in connecting youth and families to various resources in their community/province.
