She has been supporting children and families in the disability field since 2012 and brings extensive experience working in home\, school\, and community settings. \nTerri-Lyn works closely with families to build practical\, meaningful skills in areas such as communication\, emotional regulation\, social development\, and daily living. She is passionate about providing family-centred\, collaborative care and strives to ensure that strategies are realistic\, supportive\, and tailored to each child’s unique needs. Her approach is grounded in compassion\, respect\, and evidence-based practice. Terri-Lyn values strong relationships with both caregivers and other professionals\, and she prioritizes creating consistent\, aligned support systems that help children thrive across environments. \nTerri-Lyn’s interest in this field is deeply personal\, as she has a younger sister with autism. This experience has shaped her commitment to supporting not just individuals but also entire families as they navigate their journey. Outside of her professional work\, Terri-Lyn enjoys playing piano\, officiating ringette\, and practicing hot yoga\, which help her maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
