You are invited to attend an online presentation by the Ministry of Mental Health and Addictions on Thursday, October 20, at 12 noon.
The topic of the presentation will be A Pathway to Hope—BC’s new plan to begin transforming the province’s mental health and substance use service system.
The new strategy lays out the government’s 10-year vision for mental health and substance use care, how the province will support mental health and well-being from youth to adulthood, and the programs and services available.
The presentation will focus on the Integrated Child and Youth Teams and Youth Substance Use-Post-Emergency Response.
“At the heart of A Pathway to Hope is a powerful determination to make positive, lasting changes, so that B.C.’s system of mental health and addictions care works for everyone—no matter who they are, where they live, or how much money they make. Our vision is one where every one of us can live in a state of physical, spiritual, mental and emotional well-being.”
– Judy Darcy, Minister of Mental Health and Addictions
