Laughter Yoga is a blend of gentle movement deep breathing, and laughter. Laughter creates a happy chemistry in the body that yoga can help enhance. This type of yoga will connect you to a lighter and more carefree side of self-growth. This experience will allow you to explore your spiritual connection to yourself and your environment through humor.
What Will You Do?
You will be learning the basics of yoga centered around humor, laughter, and openness. We will be taking talking breaks throughout the yoga session. These talks will be about the importance of humor in our everyday lives. We will also be taking clapping breaks; these are meant to prevent you from becoming too distracted by noises around you. This experience is meant to help you feel and experience spirituality in a light and open way.
