In this session, we will discuss what climate anxiety is, where it stems from, and some practical strategies to support ourselves and others who may feel impacted by it.

Matt Treble is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors, with experience supporting mental health and well-being across British Columbia.
