How much time should our kids spend on technology? How can we set boundaries that don’t create conflict? Learn some practical solutions to our everyday concerns and challenges around our kids’ use of screens and their mental health.
Join us as we learn from Dr. Kristy Goodwin, Digital Wellbeing and Productivity Researcher, Speaker, Author and Consultant.
This video presentation will be followed by a facilitated discussion with Corinna Landsberger, Family Peer Support Worker in Fraser Cascades.
This in-person event will be hosted at Kent Elementary School, 7285 McCullough Rd., Agassiz.
Doors will open at 6:15pm. Please join us then to connect, meet our Family Peer Support Worker and find a seat. The video presentation will begin at 6:30pm.
