Classes focus on improvisation. We always start and end in a circle. The class has music (sometimes recorded, other live music) Anyone who requires one-to-one support must bring their own attendant. Look at the photos at bottom of page for detailed directions on how to get there.
Please bring clean, indoor shoes to class if possible. Bare feet or socks are fine, but just know that there may be wheels moving around you. Towels to clean wheels if possible or do your best to try and have clean wheels.
