Co-Regulation for Neurodivergent Families: Siblings, Scripts & Real-Life Scenarios

Join May Sosa psychiatric nurse, educator, author, and parent of a neurodivergent child for a 90-minute, evidence-informed workshop focused on real-life regulation challenges families face every day.
This session addresses moments that are often left out of parenting advice: overwhelmed siblings, multiple children dysregulated at once, and adults trying to stay regulated in the middle of it all.
Whether you attend in person or online, you’ll leave with practical strategies and clear scripts you can begin using immediately.
Educators and professionals receive a PD certificate following attendance.
What you’ll learn:
✔ What siblings experience during meltdowns and how to support them
✔ How to respond when more than one child is dysregulated
✔ Simple, repeatable co-regulation scripts for real-life moments
✔ How to regulate the environment, not just the child
✔ Practical strategies that translate to home, school, and public spaces
Take-home:
A Sibling Co-Regulation Plan plus ready-to-use scripts designed for everyday situations.
