Pathways SMIS is offering weekly online support groups for family members and anyone supporting a loved one with a mental illness.
Do you need help navigating the mental health system? Join other families in a similar position to yours online in our support groups for family members and anyone supporting a loved one with a serious mental illness.
We discuss our stories and experiences as family caregivers, deepen our understanding of serious mental illness, share coping strategies, and provide the encouragement, reassurance and compassion we need on this journey together.
Our support groups are free of charge and facilitated by our dedicated trained Family Peer Support Volunteers.

Did you have a great experience with FSI? Please let us know!
As a provincial organization FSI acknowledges that our work spans across all of the traditional, ancestral, and unceded Indigenous territories in BC. Therefore, we respectfully honour all First Nations, Inuit and Métis people, as well as their ancestors, who have lived here and cared for these lands. It is with gratitude that we can live, learn and do our work in the province now known as British Columbia.
