Every month, we host events for families called ‘in the know’. We come together and share experiences and strategies that help in the hard moments. We help focus on strengthening our understanding and connection with our kids.
Join us as we answer questions families have asked about the relationship between anger and anxiety. We’ll share experiences and strategies that can help in the hard moments and focus on strengthening our relationship with our children when those have passed.
The video we will be watching, followed by a discussion with the Parent Peer Support Worker is “Parenting When Anxiety Shows Up as Anger.”
