Join us for this 4-week cohort (online zoom sessions), where we will be exploring and practicing meditation in different ways! At Curiko, a cohort is a group experience that runs consecutively for a certain amount of weeks so we can connect, explore and grow together.
During this 4-week cohort, we will explore soft eye meditation, breath meditation and body scanning, plus share about each other’s experiences with meditation.
