Your Host, Alicia

I’m a late-diagnosed neurodivergent spoonie (someone who is chronically ill) who enjoys learning about psychology and personal development. I share executive functioning tips and strategies on Instagram as @theniftyneuron. My posts focus on skills like planning, prioritization, time management, and getting things done with a differently-designed mind. I have an MSc in Audiology & Speech Sciences and experience working with individuals with communication disabilities from when I used to be a speech-language pathologist. I have two cats and like to spend my time reading, writing, and working on my Etsy shop.
