First Aid Team – Be trained in basic first aid skills and be available when required. Your name will be posted in the foyer.
FSI Store Sales Team – Set up FSI “Store” in consultation with Sylvia Stephens on Thursday afternoon. The Sales Team will take turns attending at the Sales Table during breaks and mealtimes. You will be provided with a cash float and the necessary supplies. Sylvia Stephens will be available to assist you with this.
Gift Basket/Raffle Team – Assist with the collection of donated items. Ensure the Gift Basket Raffle forms are filled in, so we know who items are from. Sort through the donated items and put them into the correct categories. Creatively wrap basket items. Sell raffle tickets. Be accountable for the cash and the tickets.
Silent Auction Team – Assist Silent Auction Team Coordinator with set-up, facilitation of auction, processing purchases, and cash reconciliation, as requested.

Workshop Assistant – Attend at session room 10-15 minutes prior to the session to ensure room is set-up and equipment has been provided. Introduce workshop presenter(s), assist with hand-outs and flip-chart recording if requested during session. At end of session, present the workshop presenter with thank you card/gift. Ensure session participants fill out FSI’s workshop evaluation form. Collect a copy of any workshop handouts and completed evaluation forms.
Photographer – Take photos during the weekend and provide the files to FSI after the weekend
