Please note that there will be a staff photographer on site for Training Weekend. Photos taken by this person at Training Weekend may be used in future FSI materials, in digital or printed format. I hereby grant the Family Support Institute of British Columbia (FSI) permission to use images and photographs of myself from this event for promotional materials. I grant FSI the right to use the images perpetually, unless otherwise indicated by me in writing. I understand that I may revoke this permission at any time by providing written notice to FSI. However, any uses of the images that occurred prior to the revocation will not be affected.
