Whitecrow Village is a unique organization comprised of adults who live with FASD and others. Whitecrow Village demonstrates the gifts of persons who live with FASD and ways that families and communities can enhance the prevention of FASD and build a healthier society for all people.
We are very excited to host Whitecrow Village with Executive director Kee Warner and Marcel Gagnon. Kee Warner Executive Director of Whitecrow Village FASD Society will be sharing the history of Whitecrow Village and the current programs including the LIFE sessions and other resources for parents, families, and community partners.
Marcel Gagnon will share some of his journey with FASD, including family history, early struggles, music diagnosis, knowing about a problem leads to problem management and life as an Elder.
Kee Warner is the Executive Director of Whitecrow Village FASD Society. Whitecrow is a non-profit organization committed to educating communities and professionals about FASD and improving the lives of those affected by this prominent neurodevelopmental disability.
Marcel Gagnon is an award-winning singer-songwriter from the Lheidli T’enneh First Nation who has worked for two decades with men in the provincial and federal corrections system. Gagnon received an Honourary Doctorate of Laws degree from UNBC in Prince George on June 25, 2021.
