This one hour workshop offers a welcoming and supportive space for you to explore and choose simple materials (which may include fabric, pastels, paints, natural materials, etc.) through art making processes. With guidance, you will be invited to explore art making processes as an opportunity to pause, rest your nervous system, and explore your own creativity. Participants will explore how your own creativity can be effective strategies for supporting their personal wellness. Art making is accessible for all abilities, focuses on personal expression, and no previous art experience is needed to participate
Supplies: Please bring any art supplies that you have (ie. markers, colours, pens, pencils, paper, natural materials, yarn, fibres, fabric)
