Welcome to A Taste of Curiko, I am your host Janey, and I invite you to join me as I share my recipe for Korean Fried Chicken and introduce the Curiko Community!
You will need:
– Chicken wings or pieces of chicken thigh cut up,
– salt & pepper
– corn starch
– potato starch (optional)
– gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
– honey
– brown sugar
– garlic- fresh
– ginger- fresh
– ketchup
– sesame oil
– soy sauce
– oil for frying
– green onions (optional)
– measuring cups and spoons, deep fryer or deep pan.
You are welcome to participate in what ever way you feel comfortable! you can just watch or you can follow along! If there is something specific help make this experience even better, feel free to share!
