Great for all levels of experience and ability. A local professional actor teaches this class and offers an exploration of the actor’s resources. You will build fundamental acting skills by focusing on core techniques like movement, voice, character development, and improvisation. You’ll apply these skills directly by participating in scenes and dramatic exercises, with a strong emphasis on awareness, prepared improvisation, speech, and physical movement. The course culminates in the sharing of a short play or individual scenes. Whether you’re new to the stage or looking to sharpen your craft, this class will provide the essential tools you need to develop your acting skills.
