This training module will help you recognize and manage bias in peer-to-peer mentoring, in order to provide equal opportunities and resources for all mentees. While we may not easily overcome our bias or not have bias, our important task is to become aware of our biases, critically question and reflect on them, and manage our perspectives and engagement so that our conscious or unconscious biases don't impose harm on others and rather, that we promote equity and inclusion.
