Transitioning to Adulthood Series: Eligibility to CLBC

Do you have a youth who lives with extra support needs and will be Transitioning out of High School soon?
Do you support a youth who is 16 years or older who may be transitioning to adult services through Community Living BC (CLBC)? Are you wondering how to start the process towards that transition? You are not alone! Come learn about the eligibility process to CLBC and become aware of the array of services that might be available to you and your child once he/she becomes an adult.
